Mind-tastic is now delighted to offer both Indian Head Massage and Reiki in 45 minute sessions, making it even easier to relax during the working day.  Each session includes a 30 minute treatment with an interval before hand to check on your general health and well being and an interval after the treatment to allow you to ground yourself before going back to work.

This offer is available throughout the day to anyone who wishes to try the shorter versions of these treatments, they are not restricted to just lunchtimes.

A 45 minute treatment of Reiki costs £20 and an Indian Head Massage costs £30.

There is now a Joint treatment available incorporating both Reiki and Indian Head Massage.  For more details please refer to the separate page on this website.

Both treatments are also available for booking in your workplace.  This is subject to a minimum of 6 sessions of at least 30 minutes or 4 one hour sessions.  Each session includes an interval before hand to check on your general health and well being, the treatment itself and an interval after the treatment to allow you to ground yourself.
